    Weight Loss is best for your main target, this is high competition, better to you can use keyword phrase.

    Weight loss would probably be best if it is the keyword you are targeting. If you are targeting weight loss area, then do that. Don't focus on more than one keyword.

    I agree focus on the keyword you are going to be targeting with your back links. If you can't get the exact word try using dashes between words. google views these as spaces between words

    Which keyword "weight loss" you are targeting is highly competitive. If you can't monetize this keyword rightly in your webpage this could be much tough to rank in search engine. I suggest you to do more keyword research up to your main keyword "weight loss" & choose a less competitive but high search volume keyword in your title.

    I agree with Imdadc. Instead going for a very popular keyword like "weight loss" go for a less competitive keyword.

    Why don't you try to search for some alternative keywords for the same term with an average competition and good search volume.

    If you target some particular area then use keyword with area that is less competitive and you can rank easily compare to generic keyword.

    I would pick weight loss but for this term you'll need a lot of backlinks to get to the first page, article marketing, blog commenting, forum postings, but it's a good keywords once you'll work on your seo you'll get the traffic you need.
