i am saying is that your add code or else.that add code may came from template it self or it may be purely public service add's.

changing a template can make a lot of difference. some template will convert more than others and at the same time, a wrong template will reduce your CTR. besides, yuo only get 1 click per day on average so its hard to tell from that low stat

Your site has the typical look of a site that was specifically made for Adsense. Most visitors see that and leave immediately. Worry more about content and less about trying to place as many ads as you can.

Not wrong. Its like "OMG another one of THOSE websites ... *close*"

I'd rather read an interesting blog than a made for adsense one.

It's because all your traffic comes from you spamming forums, I've spotted you on this one and another, so all your traffic comes from webmasters who will never click on your ads.
Change your method by focusing on increasing real traffic, from search engines.

The site does look spammy. My first advice would be to remove the rectangle above the posts - it gives a very bad look. If you are so interested in having more ad units, perhaps a leaderboard should be much better. If I were you, that rectangular ad unit is the first that i would remove.
