CPA Warnings/Locked Content

Is it allowed by CPA networks for us to warn people about the incoming survey/offer? For example I have 3 premium articles and want to lock each article up, but warn my visitors that its CPA locked, is this acceptable?

Yes, It's acceptable as long as your article is self written

Not sure how much success you're going to have with locking articles, unless it's ground-breaking info. Chances are, they'll go somewhere else to find the info without going through a survey.
The best approach for content locking is to offer something that will cause them to beat down the doors to get it.

I am earning more than a thousand a month with peerfly without locking any article... If you force people, they'll leave your site..

Like MarketDomination said, use something that can't readily be found online, like videos

What causes visitors to beat down the doors of a site?

Curiosity, and viral videos with unbelievable titles work best for that. But what I was trying to ask if I based my "Sell" price as a simple survey to fill or any CPA offer to gain membership or lifetime access to unique premium articles. This wouldn't be in terms of violation or something?

It depends on a CPA program. If you are not sure, contact your AM.

I'm Martin, I'm a 17 years old boy from Hungary. I'm doing IM since July.
I worked with CPAlead, I earned ~1200$ in the first month, and they terminated my account becouse fake content. I reapplied to CPAlead, they accepted me but I heard from a friend, Zsolt, CPAlead banned a lot of publishers with no reasons. We think they are going to be scam.

CPALead is absolutely no a scam. I've worked closely with the company since their launch, always gotten paid, etc.
