    Always use original content because duplicate content generally occupy low ranking as comparison to original content. However, it is better to choose only high PR and dofollow sites for promotion.

In stead of submit your blog somewhere, I suggest you to try to think something valuable, which will attract people. Then try to reply the "reallly" comments.
