    Adsense do not allow any other contextual ad networks where adsense is used. But this is your local search engine that helps your users find your content. Looks ok to me to use with google adsense.

    according to adsense rules, you are not permitted to use this with adsense, using this may ban your adsense account. So stay away from this.
