Daily visitors: 3500 +
Daily earnings: The average U.S. $ 100 (adsense)
Google index: 833000 results
Alexa Rank: 617K

the site runs completely automatically. do not have to deal with the owner of the site. Site Used car ad site. is a site completely legal. Almost all the visitors coming from google. And the visitors, the majority of USA and Canada.

How much will you use this information.

In my opinion, without seeing it, you shouldn't ( of course you can do it but I doubt you'll succeed ) sell it for more than 7 month revenue + licensing ( if any ).

 

5 years / $6,000 if the traffic is organic imho

 

I agree with the "ten times your monthly income".

It's always hard to say what a website's worth without some serious research though. Browse Flippa for a while and see if there are any sites like yours in traffic and revenue.

If its really organice and almost automated 2 years profit is the min,
lets say $3K revenue and $100 for the server and another $100 for other requirements,
$2.8K times 24 months = roughly around $60K is the ideal price for you.

you can sell for 20times ur monthly income,,, the best place to sell your site is Flippa.com,,, i see lots of very big deals like 30k, 50k in flippa for crap sites... since ur site is great site then you can sell it for $50k, i think....

If the domain is only 6 months old then 10x monthly revenue or less.

For older domains with some page rank it can be 20x monthly revenue or even more depending on the quality of the site.

Usually automated sites don't have any good unique content and that also makes them worth less.
