You must buy a new computer before the virus takes over the computer completely and maybe your home

Download avg free and scan whole PC. Simplest method.
But viruses are very tough to kill if they get into your pc.

The most guaranteed way in getting rid of a virus would be to run a 'Factory Restore'. It will restore your computer back to factory settings but will also erase any of your saved data. Just make sure to back up anything you want to keep.

As soon as you suspect that your computer has a virus, remove your computer from any networks it might be on, as well as from the Internet, so that you don't inadvertently spread the bug to others. Unplug your network cable if you have to.
    Step 2
If you have virus-scanning (anti-virus) software installed, run it.
    Step 3
If you don't have anti-virus software, you'll need to obtain some. If you can't get it from a network administrator or download it from an uninfected computer, you can mail-order it from a retailer.
    Step 4
Start your computer (still not connected to a network) and follow the instructions that came with the anti-virus software.
    Step 5
Keep running the virus-scanning software until your computer comes up clean.
    Step 6
Reconnect your computer to the Internet and check with the anti-virus software's publisher to make sure you have the latest updates. If not, download them now.
    Step 7
After updating the anti-virus software, run it again until your computer comes up clean.then get ur pc scan completed...

Hey Guys! thanks a million for all your input. I have already have anti virus software like Kaspersky install so I do not understand why I got the virus in the first place. Now do I need to deactivate my Kaspersky to to download the software list on here? I want to get a good one. Most of the free ones they say it's free but when i go to download then it comes up with a price so I might as well get a paid good one what ya think?

I think you should try first with Kaspersky Remove Tool. It is extremely useful and total free.

It's very simple to clean virus from your PC. just go online and download any free antivirus like avg, Mecaffe, quickheal and Nod32. I think Nod32 is best antivirus i have also use it and i have no problem. it clean your pc from bug forever. you don't need to go to any technician or any engineer.
