If you are not confortable with a Adoon You can just browse the Source Code, but this takes a lot of time.
Addons are really important for SEO and you should have the SeoQuake addon for many seasons

To check the links dofollow or nofollow you can make use of the Mozilla firefox addon "nodofollow". You have to just install this addon and then right click on the webpage and select it. If the links are blue then it is dofollow and if links are pink then it is nofollow.

simply check the source code of the link. If the link is nofollow, then you will get rel="nofollow" in code.

FireFox is best way to check link is nofollow or not you just click on seoquake and tick mark on Line-Through ''nofollow or '' noindex its shows the line on that link which is nofollow.

you can check the rel property of the link in the source of the web page.

The easiest way is to have SEQQuake plugin with firefox and you just need to right click the page and click on NoDoFollow! it will highlight the "dofollow" links in blue and "nodofollow" links in red.

this is simple thing to check do follow and no follow link. select link and view it source,
<a rel="nofollow" class=" " href="link name" > if link rel= nofollow than it would be no follow, otherwise it would be do follow link.
