A <a> tag like this will be followed by google?

    I building a new website, and the external links will be like this:

    <a onContextMenu="return false;" onClick="c10c(this.href,1);" href="URL" title="title" alt="alt text">anchor</a>

    with various javascript events?

    Yes, Google and other major search engines should have no problems with that tag.

    Yeah, I think the positions of the onContextMenu="return false;" and onClick="c10c(this.href,1);" are just myths whether Google will follow through or not.

    Link looks good.

    A well coded site is the first thing anyone can do to get “spidered” and rank well in search engines. If you use tags like <h1> </1> with keywords on your site will also helps a lot.
