Yes, it's rude to plainly state a competing company's name in this thread.

 

It's also rude to have have my income cut to zero for over 24 hours without any response. As far as I can tell the company no longer exists.

I just received compensation for the down time. Best I can calculate, it was equal to my average daily revenue over the previous 14 days.

 

When I search my files, all files are shown included inactive & deleted files. t't difficult for me to get links of active file.

Uploading shuld add the option 'Only find active files' in the search feature!

 

When you see the search results, you can choose the active files only and export their links.

Still, your suggestion is reasonable, we will take it into consideration.

This is getting old/ridiculous really quick. How do you expect us to take you seriously if you can't even keep the damn servers online? I have never seen another top affiliate down, yet you manage to be down for hours or days on a regular basis. You have the slowest download speed for free users in the business... how in the hell can you still not keep the servers up?

 

First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

As for days down, you know that is not true, our service was working without problems in the second part of the last year. And as you know, the problems in the beginning of this year were caused by attacks, we are trying our best to solve the problems.
