I just released my new blog, www.moealza.com I will be covering any topic that interests me and as you can see their is already a gaming topic and post about android apps.

Very simple theme, Why don't you add a Related Post Plugins.

 

Yeah, the theme is very simple.. but, i can see you've given priority to content part most. But, the nav colour makes my eyes pain Why don't you add some CSS3 effects to your blog to spice up the look?

well ya the theme was meant to be simple. blue is the most popular color used on sites, look at facebook and twitter, so its easy on the eyes.

do you have any css3 effects suggestions?

i changed the menu colors to lime green and purple to add more color. i kind of like it lol.

The site is good Although do you really intend to make the permalink structure as is it now? I mean you can make it with the post title which can be also good for SEO.

Well recent posts kindda repetition dont you think? I mean the whole main page is recent post.
Why dont you change it with most popular post or something.

what are you talking about? as of now i only have 4 posts and their are listed on the main page with the newest post first.

 

Well, the blog has too few posts.The reason's obvious though, it is a new one.
You must seriously consider choosing some other premium theme or getting the present one modified by some designer.It is not quite nice.
The posts that you have made are quite detailed, so good work here.
You have to change the header too, it's too simple and not professional.

If you try to make the above changes, maybe your blog will start looking a bit more better....

I'm not going for "professional". This is a PERSONAL blog which is supposed to reflect me as a person. I understand where you are coming from. But I had a lot of fun choosing the header and colors because I knew it didn't need a professional look. Why do you think I have pages titled "Get at Me'" rather than "Contact Me" or "What's This?!" instead of "About".

As for the design, I think its wonderful. Could use some minor changes but nothing major.

Please judge this as a personal blog rather than a corporation site.

As far as the pages are titled, They didn't even attract my attention.
When I say 'professional' I meant 'good looking' , I did not mean the corporate look.
Maybe you've had a lot of fun choosing the header but, that isn't reflected when I take a look at it.The pixelated font, makes your title a bit hard to read....You could use a change of font here...

 

the pixelated font was to go with the huge arrow in the banner representing "internet blogging" lol. But ya I will probably change the banner eventually to something more appealing.

But I guess I cant attract every visitor to the site. no site can. but for the ones who do enjoy the site, you will be getting a free cookie=]

 

Overall your site looks tidy for a new site but must also admit the Header text is hard on the eyes. You should also look to get the akismet plugin if you havn't already and a Captcha plugin to reduce spam comments as your blog becomes more established.

 

Akismet plugin installed=]. When you say the text is hard to read do you mean the main content, the menu bar, or the navigation on the right?
