Turnkey Honda Fit Forums vbulletin 3.6 great layout etc

Hi DP Members,

I developed a forum for the new Honda Fit and the url is the best name for it.
ie www. Honda Fit Forums .com
Turnkey, so no members or posts, the posts are just test posts etc.
Submitted to google and ranked 2-3 for Honda Fit Forums, but now is sandboxed as it is only a couple weeks old but once out it will rank high again.

Comes with vbulletin license 3.61, great modified Sakura style skin, installed iTrader, already did adsense placement, in the header above the fold, adsense in the threads and in between random posts. Also embeded 468 x 60 ad banner in the header. Forums created and already set to go, just needs to be promoted. Sitemap already submitted. This forum has huge potential for organic traffic with the domain name. There is only 1 other Honda Fit forum, so not much competition. The Honda fit was just released in the states this year and is already extremely poplular. After a couple years this can be huge.

Originality of site, and high possibility of ranking once out of the dreaded "sandbox".
I am also in the process of link building and directory submissions to get the PR high for next update.

Thanks, the site is starting to earn revenue as it is starting to rank high in Google for it's keywords already. A little promoting, and link building to a good solid PR it will get good traffic from SEs. Also it is already getting great relevent adsense ads.

 

Jeez man, I don't think you will get any better offers. You just have zero members. Give it some time. Sink some adsense into it. Come back when you have a few hundred members with at least 30 or so that visit every day and post

 

I don't have the desire or time to build another forum. When was the last time you seen a turn key forum (quality forum with correct spelling) come up on page 1 on Google for the keywords. It will sale. Already is going to earn about $10 for a month in adsense on the minor test content.

Come back?? Dude, you should sale those Dodge Forums and "Come Back" and buy this forum., you got 4 Dodge Forums, there are at least a few hundred Dodge forums out there. There is only 1 Fit Forum out there and it is already big. Anyhow, This site has potential, if buyers can't see it and insist on buying all the arcade, proxy, myspace sites then so be it. This is a real investment and a good site for those who want a quality site. In your sig you have 4 forums so you know they pay quite well, at least my established forums do. Anyhow it will remain for sale until someone who can see the value in it. The Fit will be the next Civic, it is already doing alot of sales in it's first year in 2-3 years they will be everywhere. Anyhow looking for a $1K, but will accept reasonable offers.

Niche topic, very unique. Hell I think I am selling myself to keep it. But in all seriousness. I just sold a 100K post forum, and I still own a couple other forums and numerous other sites and working on a big project so I really, really don't have the time for it, otherwise I would keep it. Anyhow these days several hundred dollars wont get you much of a site. Price is reasonable and whoever buys it and promotes it, takes care and interest will make good money off it. Hell even if you just park it as it is now, it will still be profitable over a little time. Anyhow I am not hurting for the cash, so whenever it sales, it sales.

Getting to the point that you are now is simple. Getting members to join which will encourage MORE members to join is the hard part (and the costly part).

If you were at least that far, I would consider it myself for more than you are asking now.

So far, your worth is in the cost of scripts and a little for your effort in setting it up (which is negligible).

 

Domain name has value alone + vB license yeah the set up is neglibile at least $100 worth in time (believe it or not some people pay to have these things done and aren't as savvy), all that alone is worth the $500 - $600.

Yes I am looking to make a small profit on it as I don't create sites to break even, I am in this business to make money believe it or not. Anyhow Getting members to join doesn't have to be hard or costly if you have a good topic. Yes it can be time consuming and will require some work. But in the end it will be worth it in the long run. These days it seems like webmasters rather spend their money on junk sites with no content, bad content than to really put some effort and work create a good site then complain about low revenue. This site will require about 1-2 months of promoting but once the ball is rolling it will snowball and get bigger and bigger over time. Forums can be some of the most active and biggest sites as content grows each day. Remember I am not selling a forum with a bad topic and those interested in making money in this business need to realize, it does cost money to make money and a good quality foundation site doesn't come free. And like I also said this site is starting to make revenue just sitting there.
