    Best way is to use only high quality sites for promotion you will get good PR soon. I also would like to prefer you some blog comments in forum postings it is also help in increasing PR.

    u willl need many backlinks to your page with power. this means that the links need to be on other high pr pages.

    Its wait & watch game, you need some nice and niche related organic links to improve your PR, one of our client has really good website, traffic and nice SERP, and has aged domain but doesn't have much back links so still waiting for a PR1 :)
