    1-2 keywords for this site to promote in google top 10,i will pay for it..
    If this site is well done, i have other related 10+ sites for him too.

    really depends on your keywords, and even then, some SEO think they are so good and can make their site go to the top spot, but in my experience and from what I've seen, it isnt that easy, even with powerful SEO tools like SEnuke.
