    This site is in the top 400,000 in the world according to Alexa.

    The site offers free web hosting, image hosting, and file hosting. No scams, no magic. The idea behind this site is to make money, so let me break down the ways to make money in this.

    1. Affiliate marketing. Each user that signs up, needs to provide a valid email address. You can then use this email address for email marketing, including amazon links, upgraded hosting links etc. I have not monetized via this route yet.
    2. Ads on the home page, signup page, image hosting page etc. There is even the option to embed ads on the users sites if you so desire.
    3. Subdomain signups. For each person you get to sign up to co.cc, you earn $.10 Doesn't seem like much, but it adds up quickly, especially if you offer this as a domain you will host for free.

    This is my eight free web host that I am selling, so I know quite a bit about the market, and how to make money from it.

    Here is what is included.

    Also, just an fyi, a Tier1 datacenter is the lowest rating, not the highest. :)

    Thanks everyone for their interest.

    Right now the site is running a a 1GB VPS, that costs 15/month. I clear about 50$ per month in adsense plus 5-8 dollars with the co.cc affiliate links.

    The site uses iPanel to provision the accounts (this also allows you to inject ads to users sites if you see fit).

    There are 705 active accounts on the server right now.

    How come you are not embedding any ads on user sites? Can you choose which users to embed ads on and which not to?
