About Vbulletin License

I recently bought a forum here in DP marketing place, and I got the domain, databases and files, but this forum runs under a VB license which in the name of the old owner, also it uses a Vbseo license.
What I want to know is:

Can I go to Vbulletin website, buy and buy license for this domain, so that I'll be the owner of everything in the site. I dont know if it'll work, since there's already a license sold to the domain I own...

Someone knows if that is possible?
