Execute PHP code after PayPal transaction

Does anyone have any experience with executing PHP code after a successful PayPal transaction?

I build a CMS and I have created an installer for it. The next step is to get people to pay for an account. Once they have paid, I would like to send them back to my website where the installer file is executed.

I have not done this before. I am looking for someone with experience to point me in the right direction.

I did show the site here, and I even gave free accounts to people who wanted to try it. But the thread was closed and I received infractions. I complained but no one cared. I was just threatened not to complain. I've been banned for 12 months around here before about a double account that I was accused of having (but didn't), so I don't want to get banned again so I can't show anyone.
