What's your favourite method to build backlinks (the one that works best)?

I used all kind of them to link building, Mini-sites and social bookmarks is very useful for your site.

 

all of them ..i do combine my Link building campaign for best results

 

mini sites ftw...you create 4-5 minisites and do all the other link building methods to all these sites and cross linking them...without mini sites, i doubt you can get good top 3 ranks in your targeted keywords

 

forums, blogs, article, Social book marking sites.

I think self-hosting blogging(not on the list ) would be the best channel for backlinking purpose since you could control the posts and contents by yourself.

3) Squidoo, hubpages
4) Article Submissions only quality sites
5) Internal links from site

 

All techniques are god for off page.
