Stealing of content of website - methods of dealing with violators.

Content of my website starting from its first day was fully copied.
What can be done in this case to stop the activities of the violating site?

Problem is compounded by the fact that the violator created the site-duplicate lives in India and not in the U.S. or Europe. That is very hard to bring him to legal liability.
Would be more than happy to hear advices from knowledgeable webmasters.

 

File a DMCA request with google to have them removed from the index.
