Should i carry on with the site?

It's basically a multi niche related news blog. Im still tweaking stuff on the site to make it look proffesional and good but there's so many sites out that that i have to compete with, such as the newly huffingtonpost, gizmodo ect.

I don't really want to do this if it's not going to be worth it at the end of the day.

But i'm thinking to my self, if people on here are concetrating on one niche and can make money, and make thier site popular, then why can't mine, which relates to multi niches do the same?

Obviously, this will be time consuming, not only will i have to update each catagory throughtout each day as news break through but i'll have to write everything unquie.

Maybe if i had someone to work with, or a few people to work with, everything would be less stressful but at the moment, i'm not upbeat about this at all.

 

I love the name of your site, keep that for sure! However the site is a little bit messy and took a while to load up

I'm spending around 500 on marketing, do a few promotional giveaways ect.

 

Talking about your site - first, your domain name is really nice! The second about site - the point is that it is even hard to get what your site is about, I think you should take it into account. If you want to attract visitors they have to know clearly what they can/ will get in your site! And third, of course, SEO activities as already mentioned above. You even do not have a title tag for your site, not talking about other things.

 

Wordpress is seems to not be publishing properly, when i put my posts into catagories, it won't even show up. I need someone to help me out here.

 

Oh yes, definitely two or more heads is better than one. If you can afford to hire somebody to work for you especially in the applications or systems which you are not very familiar with, then hiring someone is a better idea.
