    you need to know HTML, it's for your own good
    it's not that hard to learn the basics

    and you have "developer" on the domain name, you absolutely need to learn HTML

    In On page SEO, you wiil need HTML knowledge.

    no you dnt have to know seo but some site support advanced seo in this case you have to now html as i know if you want to make your posts advanced

    I concur with Brad. You don't really need to know how to write it but it certainly helps to understand it so you can get around it without issue. Bit of php understanding will help as well.

    In my own experiences, HTML knowledge would be the base of SEO jobs since backlinking and on page optimization would both need HTML knowledge.

    HTML and SEO both are necessary for each other. It is necessary for seo to learn basic HTML coding. Because with you HTML coding it is difficult to mange.
