Buying Need Simple Customization To Site

I want it to be stretched out more... to look more like grooveshark.com . it should be the full width of whatever the user's screen is. when changing browser size, the site should adapt (so the screen gets smaller but the user can still view EVERYTHING in a smaller window- just like grooveshark.com)


here's a little sketch of what i'd like. i'll pay more if you can include the play buttons i've put on the bottom of the screen (but design it yourself! the one i pasted as an example is not mine)

i THINK this is controlled from a css file but I'm not too sure... but it seems to be. if so, it should be quite a simple edit minus the bottom buttons




if you can add in a "loop" function thatd be great as well

 

Its called fluid layout. Can you tell me whats your budget?
