Buying Will buy up to $100 in advertising, but there must be *guaranteed conversions*

I have a debt consolidation service to promote, and I will pay up to $100 for advertisin​g, but there must be guaranteed sales or my money back.

I am willing to do this through an affiliate agreement, but can also pay upfront.

I am ready to receive offers.

While I understand this is a perfectly good business model, for a $100 most people won't bother and you end up getting your money back. It's your job to convert the traffic that get's sent to you and it's your webpage that people land on. You can have pinpoint targeted traffic but if your landing page is rubbish then nothing will convert those visitors. Plus, you then have every incentive to not count sales or make your sales pitch as ugly as possible.

Means you can pay anything up to $100 (as advertising cost) if they guarantee a sales?

Are you an affliate or a merchant/advertiser who pays $100/per conversion?
If you are an affiliate, the most quality traffic sources is google for debt consolidation

and nothing is 'guarantee' in the world
