i just thank god the day has gone and i have the strange so i face the situation which was on me after a difficult day and pray to be thankfull for giving me strange in me thats it

I used to be heavy into drinking to help me relax but that was a bad move, now i do some boxing or weights, even just a walk helps rather than the false stress relieving qualities of alcohol.
