Anyone here has any formula on how many articles we need a month to promote our site? As per now, I usually publish my articles once a week. Any suggestion? Please help. Thanks
Probably depends on your competition.. you have to do more than they do And also on the results you're getting with one article per week... If it's working for you and your SERPs are improving - than you're okay, if not - you need to publish more content.
Hi Prepare one article and post it on 30 do follow article sites like ezine, article base, abcarticle directory. For a week you post at least two articles you get high quality back links.
Depends what you are trying to achieve. I have some sites targeted at local search and they hardly ever require new content once they get to the top. However more general sites will require regular effort - but the amount will depend on competition.
the more the better is true, but I think a minimum of three per week is good. Google likes to see new content on your site...but just posting articles is not enough. You also need to ping them and submit to social bookmarking sites.
I feel publising articles in directories is of no great help. Instead you publish more articles on your own blog and site. It will give more positive results.
Posting an article on your main website once or twice a week will suffice. However, it will also help if you are posting the same number of articles on your blog and submitting as much to article directories. I suggest that you submit different articles to the various article directories though, so that Google will see more unique content coming from you.
a formula? no - more is better - spend time writing quality articles and you should see an increase of traffic to your site
More is better it all depends on how much time you have to write and making sure you have quality articles like everyone here has been saying. Spend an hour a day writing articles if you can only get one done fine eventually you will get faster and better and produce two or three. But write everyday.

Janis Pettit (a seven-figure earner) recommended at a recent live workshop that business owners market at least one article to a major directory like eZinearticles each week. I took this advice and decided to try to submit TEN articles a week (I had many I had written for other sites over the years and had some ghostwritten) or so and have been getting signups to my lists almost daily. My friend, the more content you have out there the better it is for you and your site's traffic. I will recommend you to write at least one article on Monday, one on Wednesday and one on Friday because if you do that, you are going to have at least 12 articles per month that have your website name tag somewhere.
