    Google updates once a month. It tends to visit the site frequently if the site is updated by adding the contents.. The fastest way of getting your home page crawled is by getting the backlinks..Obtaining many incoming links will get the PageRank of your home page up.

    Depends on the authority of the site. Established sites are crawled/indexed more frequently.

    Generally Google crawls in 7 days. And also it depends upon the priority of the pages given in the sitemap
