Contrary to many of your beliefs, CPAlead is doing better than ever. Unfortunately, a lot of bad apples out there are spreading many lies and falsehoods. At the end of the day, its not hurting our bottom line and the real marketers out there are still coming to us in droves. Think we are going out of business? Come to our Vegas party Jan. 8 with Chamillionaire and witness us give away a Maserati to one of our publishers, see our office, and meet our staff. You won't believe the hype anymore.

In regards to Jason Swan, he has never used MaxBounty, to my understanding they are being sued in a totally separate matter. You can look up the case details on justia.com. Jason is working with Facebook to resolve any concerns they have with him personally, and it is a completely personal matter that has nothing to do with CPAlead.

Again, if someone feels they are wrongfully terminated, provide me with your publisher ID, and either I or John Bryant will display the evidence of why your account was terminated. Something that is never mentioned here, is our reform process. We reform accounts and give publishers second chances everyday. For publishers who break our TOS, depending on the severity of the violation, we may opt to give the account another try. We will ask the publisher to sign a reform sheet and send it back to us. We will typically assign the publisher another account and monitor the account closely. We have reformed thousands of accounts. In many cases, we will review the quality of the traffic from a publisher. If they are losing money for our advertisers, we are forced to get rid of them to keep the payouts and rates high for our high quality traffic producing publishers.

Many of those publishers have legitimate websites, with legitimate traffic. But unfortunately, their content is simply not strong enough to make their traffic quality worth enough money for us and our advertisers. So I can see why some of those publishers might feel slighted.

I am here to help those who truly have problems and don't simply want to make blind accusations and statements. If you feel like you have been wronged, please reach out to me and I'll see if there is any room for compromise.
Again, I welcome you reach out directly to me if you feel like you have run out of other courses of action. (e) (aim) cpalead

The Adwords post had nothing to do with why we settled with raisuras. It was explained pretty thoroughly in this thread why this publisher had problems with us and why he was eventually paid, minus a substantial fine. Google Adwords is easy to get removed. We own the trademarks to CPAlead, and any use of the name or likeness in any advertisements is against the law. One simple phone call or email to Google, and the ad is taken down.

Is there a reason why you do not like CPAlead? Would you like to talk to see if I can change your mind?

Everything stated in the posts I quoted were the questions I was asking myself while reading ALL seven pages of this thread.

CPALead's staff members here on Digital Point are clearly NOT convincing about why the original poster was banned and why his earnings were not properly paid to him. 99% of the time they reference to TOS violations in which those violations aren't very clear.

The entire company, staff, and reason of banning the guy and not paying him what he properly earned seems VERY UNETHICAL to me. He obviously earned that amount over a long period of time - HE MADE that money, and you guys pocketed it. Furthermore, you guys had to approve his account in the first place/creation so to ban and pocket his earnings after he let it total to $12,000 is just fraudulent of CPALEAD!

I even have seem some accusations of cpalead staff members accusing the original poster of child porn, but yet again, accusations and reasons for the ban and non-payment are HORRIBLE VAGUE! Cpalead staff once or twice linked to some child porn and porn-related links, but those links aren't legit URLs for content: the links are for dynamic site search scripts, so it seems to me that the staff deliberately searched for that crap to create a dynamic URL after searching some of his sites to post URLs in which would seem to violate their TOS.

It seems to me that cpalead has chosen a foreign individual as their victim to earn a lump sum of money that they can ban and pocket; they chose a random foreign victim that they would be able to scam by pocketing their earnings with no threat of legal action for everyone knows international court representation & cases are far too expensive for regular people and even small to medium businesses to pursue.

Of course the staff would defend the entire scam because I am sure that they were part of it and got some percentage of that $12,000 the poor original poster earned. FURTHERMORE, I do hope that the original poster gets justice and is eventually paid the $12,000 that he EARNED. Cpalead is based on cost per action ads and ads that visitors are interested in, so regardless of the situation, if the advertiser got an interested visitor, it's the original poster that needs to be paid.

I can't even believe I read about this horrible scam. It's so obvious. The cpalead staff can't even provide adequate proof. The owner or whatever talks horribly offensive to the original poster over some chat/IM, and acts like he/she is better somehow than the original poster when he ain't crap.

I feel horrible for the original poster about what cpaleads to to him.

EGS, if you would read the entire thread you could see that we resolved this issue and the publisher is happy. I wonder why your account got banned?

cpalead keeps robbing publishers. They say that they do not obey the TOS. The fact is THEY don't even obey the TOS as they allow their publishers to spam facebook. The staff keeps saying "there is a difference between spam and viral" but the truth is its all spam.

Check out their most popular application that they let publishers use... Its basically a FB virus that cons people into filling out surveys. Its called "NeoApp" lol ... look it up on google.

    Features:
ALL of their big earners use facebook. Should I post chatroom logs from their site? LOL. For people who have been following their down fall here is a nice little video that I found that shows how they operate.

    youtube.com/watch?v=PngvbIiaE1I

On warriorforum anti-cpalead threads are getting deleted. And their PR is hurting right now as they put up an announcement to URGE their members to spread the word that they are indeed paying out. THATS WHY you are seeing all these threads "OH MY I GOT PAID FROM MY NETWORK, THEY MUST BE LEGIT". Check warriorforum CPA section and compare with this section. Same threads with same titles are popping up lol. Poor PR campain.

AND CPAlead's CTO is being sued by Facebook. Their own chief technical officer is being sued for pushing fake scam applications on facebook.
    Its all over google...
    nakedsecurity.sophos.com/2010/10/22/facebook-sues-cpalead-cto-alleged-survey-spamming-2/

Jason Swan was running the DISLIKE button fake app... Which he did not come up with. That original idea came from shikaka (one of their big earners who earned close to 300k in 6 months with the dislike button)... So what does this mean? It means that their own staff steals ideas/niches from their publishers... Even though it was an shady niche, they decided to steal it since it was so profitable for them.

I'm going to pretend just for entertainment purposes that you're half intelligent. You've definitely demonstrated that you have little or no idea what you are talking about. But maybe you are one of those odd people who share and forward their spam emails. The best course of action would be to distory any kind of technological device that you own, that has the ability to display advertisements. Because I'd imagine that your anxiety levels towards these devices is extremely high, also known as paranoia.

O rly? LOL don't pretend otherwise. As a network owner, you should know better and I'm quite certain that you do.

But since you like to play dumb, let me educate you -

In this case, your network's criticism, is NOT PROTECTED under the copyright law, and hence not protected by Google (since last time I checked, Google complies with the US copyright law). Got it?

So again, my point still holds truth. You settled because of the adwords ad, where you had no other way to take it down. If you honestly felt sorry for publishers, the story would have been a lot different. We all know that Azoogle, Tatto Media and other networks you do business with, still paid you for the leads generated by your terminated publishers AND you gladly kept it. Terminating publishers isn't evil. But terminating for vague violations (outside publishers' control) AND keeping their commissions is. I still feel that raisuras got the short end of the stick by getting only 10K instead of 12k.

Let me give you an example from the almighty Google.
-Google terminates Adsense publishers ALL the time. But it doesn't keep the revenue generated by the terminated publishers. It returns them to the advertisers. And I KNOW that you have kept the revenue and NOT returned it to Azoogle/Tatto from terminated pubs, which speaks volumes about your motivation for terminating publishers. That fact alone should be enough to incriminate you in the court of law.

Thanks for such a valuable contribution to this thread. Instead of talking about the topic in question you decided to slander me (in a nice manner which was a good thing to do I guess). Tell me more about myself.

    As far as:
Should I start posting links to applications and point out the publishers? Or let me guess, you're also using NeoApp and call yourself a legitimate affiliate publisher?

I am hearing many reviews about cpalead. I am not sure, whether they are scam, or legit. We just have to follow their rules, just like we do in google adsense.

Even, if in google adsense, we get banned sometimes.

Wondering why so many new wonderful threads about CPALead are popping up?
They are paying users to do so. Why? To balance out all the negativity on marketing forums lol. Get ready for a flood fest of GENUINE reviews.

If you made a half assed attempt at reading even one third of the thread you'd understand what you just said was stupid, but nevermind. My post maybe worthless, but yours are totally pointless because nobody knows who the hell you are. You should really focus on something which is productive, apart on something destructive.

So the big question is, what network are you working for?

That says it all really. Kind of counteracts the fact that all these negative threads popping up aren't "hurting" the company's image. Quite clearly this plea for people to start posting good threads on forums suggests otherwise.

What's more, it's interesting to see that you never see so many threads popping up for other networks regarding no paying, or banning publishers on pay day. Even other networks with exactly the same business model (eg, Adscend media) you do not see reports such as those from CPAlead.

It's very apparent that you do not operate ethically regardless of how you try and convince pubishers you do, and by paying out to those who make a big deal of it to make yourselves look "honest", won't wash.

Robert: It would be great, if you can stop asking people to post their stories on DP and spam the network.

If you are interested in asking people to post their stories. please create a new website and do it.

This forum is a good knowledge sharing site. Please do not ask people to spam this network....

Every one of us here know your intentions. Please stop it immediately.

LOL you know a network is struggling when it has to BRIBE its affiliates to have them say good things about you. I work with a dozen of networks and never ever have I heard of such a scheme.

Laughable at best, pathetic at worst.

Reminds me of Comical Ali who rabidly spread propaganda during the Iraq War:
