my question to all of you that Google search engine support keywords Meta Tags?

According to me, i think does not support.

If we will not use keywords in meta description but we use in keywords mets tags then search engine will show result through keywords meta tags? Please give your views.........

    Thanks

    Hi,

In my own experiences, Google have obviously announced that it would use meta keywords tag for SERP purpose. But, having targeted keywords in your meta description tags and page contents would still be essential for ranking purpose. Also, having meta keywords tag would still be useful on social bookmarking sites.

    all the best,

They can read but give no weights to them. You will gain nothing by done it properly but you will be hit that hard if you spam on this tag. Google put caution to it because of abused from webmasters before.

Sxperm is exactly correct here, IMO. Use an encyclopedia style to describe the page and use keywords in the keyword tag once, maybe twice. Google *will* use the description when it shows your page in results so it should attract searchers. But, G does not seem to put any weight at all on either of these tags for determining rank (position).

meta tag might play important role previously. However, it is no more important nowaday since the search engine is smart enough, they no need go through meta tag anymore

people have mix kinds of view about google meta tags. You should concentrate on your work. Even Google does not count meta tag, other Search engines, like Yahoo, Bing, does count.

As far as I know Google doesn't use the "keywords" meta tag in web search ranking.

Google does not give preference to keyword tag. Title tag & description tag both are very important for good ranking in SE. If you are targeted only Google than there is no need to taking Keyword tag but if you are targeting Yahoo as well as Bing than you should take keyword tag because Yahoo & Bing both SE's give preference to Keyword tag..
