Is there a color list online?

I have a table with many cells. I would like to give each cell a nice soft background color, but if I "invent" a color for each cell it could take ages to find a good one. Is there some kind of color chart where I can see some colors and just copy the code?

    Thanks

Did you try any of the Results of about 36,800,000 for html colors?

That is a nice tool. I like how you get the list to lay colors side by side to see how well they look together.

    Thanks

I have the app, but they have an online version: http://www.colorschemer.com/online.html

I've been very happy with the program, since although not color-blind, I pick colors as if I was.

There are also a couple more links over at the Colors Thread - hopefully you might find them useful as well.

You could also use ColorZilla If you've seen a nice shade on someone elses site.
