    Hi all :)
I have to buy a domain name but that is already registered by someone but I found that the domain name is not in use. So can anyone suggest me how can I buy that domain name?

    Thanks

You need to hire a broker

    use sedo's Domain Brokerage service

You can search for the domain info via Whois - you will find all the details of the registrant and then contact Registrant directly asking to sell his domain to you.

In use or not is not that relevant because the owner still need to either sell it or let it expire bu i will doubt it if it has any value. Your best and cost effective option will be to use the whois tool, contact the buyer directly by email. You might get lucky and you reach an agreement with the owner.
    Good luck.

you also may want to check to see if it is for sale somewhere, like godaddy, sedo, etc.

I don't think the domain is for sale ,if it was you should acces the parking page ... and than the domain will be in use.
So better send an e-mail to the owner from the whois.
