    Here is my problem:

He given me a BID (BIN). But he didn't pay me.

In that my thread, you can see I did not change anything.

He can pay instantly, because I verified my Paypal. But he didn't pay.

I sent PM for payment details, but he didn't pay too.

After 1 month I wait him, but don't get any reply (from Aug 24th 2010 to Sep 24th 2010). -- check thread to verify with screenshot of PM --

The day I created my selling thread, the site got only 30 UV / month without earnings.

But when he reply me to request to buy again (after over 1 month), the site got around 2000 UV / month and start made some revenues.

He asked me more time for buying my site again. But I don't want to sell it again.

Last reply I sent (because he ask me to many times), and changed the BIN to $150.

Today he give me bad iTrade.

    Please check my thread http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1914710

HE BID, HE DIDN'T REPLY PM, HE DIDN'T PAY and HE SUBMITTED TO ME BAD ITRADER.

    What can I do?

    Thanks.

Here is screenshot to confirm that I sent PM to request payment: AUGUST 22ND 2010

He said he didn't receive PM, but 27th Oct 2010, he quote and reply me:

Really this thread is enough. You can report it though. You didn't actually do a transaction so there's no reason why iTrader should be given/received. As a member who has over 15,000 posts, 537 iTraders and has been here since 2005 he should know this.

I think OP forgot to mention that he did leave me a negative itrader before, which is why I decided to leave one, after careful thought.

    Haha.

You don't pay and you will get bad iTrader, of course.

Wait for the answer from admin or mod...

If they say you're right you will right.

@bigu - That was a noob move, man. You can't give iTrader for deals you didn't do. Read the rules.

He was right, itraders can be given for deals which were set-up but never completed because someone backed out.

    Here is the same case:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/itrader_detail.php?ir=483194&u=56855

For some problem, I don't want to buy it after I placed "Buy It Now" button.

Then he sent me a bad iTrader therefore I thought that it was my mistake and so that I didn't have any comment about it.

What do you think if in this case I sent back to him a bad iTrader? :D

It's not a deal, it's a bid. No transaction was done, which is what the iTrader system is for.

You are wrong. Itraders can be given to non-paying bidders.

iTrader can only be given if a transaction took place and money changed hands (or if a transaction was setup to happen and someone backed out).
