I have ads in sizes 720x90 or sometthing like that but I want all ads on all my site to show up as 325x320 size.
I dont want to change the size on my site as there are hundreds of pages.
is there any way I can change in my adsense control panel?

    Hi Saadhu
I am walking through this to see if I can help..
    1. Click on Adsense setup
    2. Click on Adsense for content
    3. Now you can choose AD Unit or Link Unit
    4. So click Ad unit (the top one)
    5. Click continue
    6. This brings you to a page that says this:

    Wizard

Format >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>[Drop Down Munu choose ad size here]
    Colors

Do you see directly across from the word "format?"
there is a drop down menu (DD) that allows you to choose the size of the ad.
are you able to see that?
The rest you may have figured out already..I hope this helps

... and you will still need to change the ad containers in your template to match the new ad sizes.

If you originally setup the ad as an ad unit and placed the code on your site, then editing the ad in your Adsense account will change the size everywhere that code appears. It's an all or nothing solution which means that every instance of that ad will be the same size.

    You can't have a 325x320 ad size. Closest is 300x250 or 336x280

I still use the old code format. It has been what? 2 or 3 years that there is the new ad code, I have never used it, only to test it, but I have never put any new ad code on a site. I hope they will continue to support the old code format a long time. I know they will stop supporting the old adsense for search code format on february 2011, too bad..
