VOIP banned in lebanon?

    what the hell?? VOIP is banned in lebanon. even magicjack doesnt work anymore. is there a way to overcome this? i tried using some proxy programs but it didnt work :S anyone knows a good vpn software? thanks.

    Phone calls and video conferencing over the Internet has been illegal in Lebanon since 2002. Only recently the government started enforcing it. Have fun. :)

    who told u tht ???

    they only have block majic jack

    so wht use vpn for 3-7$ per month and all work fine

    they cant block all ip

    I believe in Dubai, most if not all VoIP services are not allowed...banned to be exact.
