External links is too big this month - any idea

The previous consecutive months our external links are
141822 142991 139363 then this november, our external links is 160739. We have the same amount of link building target everyday so it is unusual that Google webmaster give us this quantity.

Any idea why? any possible implication of this?

 

Quantity does not matters but quality matters if you are doing link building with relevant and high PR sites than it is worth it.

 

Its normal, Google shows any backlinks when crawller find it and index it. Then it show in backlinks list in Google Webmaster tool. You know we do many link exchange on daily bases but all of them does not index on the same day, in directory submission, we got links after review that can take time 1 to 6 months, and after they place link for our site, I am not sure how much time google will take to index them because the qualty of backlinks from directries are not so good. It can happen for other methods also. So donts worry just keep working on building good backlinks..... best of luck
