    -After sale support.

    I am selling this blog because I don't have time to update it anymore, with just an update..I'm sure it will have a steady 7000 unique visitors per month.

    can you provide some real traffic stats, (awstats or google analytics) and also earning proof? can you verify ownership?
    can this site be transferred to wordpress?

    -The traffic genuinely comes from Google analytics that was linked to my DP account
    -The earnings was from Fixed banner advertisers since the site is accepted by buysellads.com. I haven't tried Adsense yet, so I think if you know monetizing well, this blog is a goldmine!
    -The ownership cannot be verify just by putting some txt records on my Domain DNS, It's because 1and1 domains doesn't support that and I hate it!
    -Yes of course! This site can be transferred to Wordpress..Just export all of the archives -> make a wordpress blog -> Edit DNS Setting
    and your good to go!
