Google money exchange sites. However, some might not be trustworthy so you should research the site before you attempt to send them your funds.

Why exactly would you consider transfering your money from one payment provider to another... For me that just sounds like some kind of Fraud Tactic...

Not that. I need some money in alertpay because I want to invest in a scheme and the scheme allows only alertpay and liberty reserve.

    No. That is not possible.

I would suggest for you to register for a debit card from your local bank. This would be the easiest way. It can verify your Paypal account.

You may find any exchangers but be aware that any type of exchanges from Paypal or to the Paypal account is against Paypal's TOS,In other words Paypal doesn't allow any exchange .

Yes you can trasfer, if you find a trustworthy person who would agree to accept from your PP and send you to AP for 10% comission. But it won't last long so as you have a limit for outcoming payments in PP.
Another way is to give to your customers someonelses PP email and get 90% of your income. Again the person must be trustworthy.

Try the forums that offer money exchange services.
You cannot directly transfer money from Paypal to Alertpay .

There is no verified services available for transfer from PP to AP .. You have to find someone trustworthy for the exchange.. that's too risky..

If you have an unverified PP a/c , then its risky for both , the exchanger as well as you.
