First try to get traffic through free advertising like social bookmarking, article submission, rss submission, directory submission, blog comments, forum posting etc. After that when you are in budget for paid advertising go with PPC, as I'm getting more targeted visitors from PPC advertising.

First you have to update your content every week and submit your blog in blog directory , also submit RSS feed , then also try twitter and facebook.

 

Make update daily wise on your blog, and build some back links.
