My site wrestlingaddiction.com was hacked and it says

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
    File: /homepages/45/d248624452/htdocs/addiction/index.php
    Line: 2

It's vBulletin v3.8.6 Patch Level 1. How do I fix this and why did it happen?

delete all files, reupload vBulletin and restore old DB (I hope you have its backup) dont forget to change DB user/pass. I wish your problem will go away soon.

Dont forget to reset the Cpanel , FTP username and passwords too and do a full system scan for Spyware and viruses on your local machine ( the one that you use to access the FTP ) Most likely that your FTP client has been compromised as i dont think there is any exploits for 3.8.6 ( but i could be wrong )

    Did you remove the malscripts?

That type of error is something we see after removing malscripts and leaving a blank line as the first line in a .php file.

Of course, you still need to find out how the site was hacked too.

I'm going to assume that you did not install a nulled version of vBulletin, I've been a customer with vBulletin for over 6 years. Drop me a PM if you need further help.

Stop using crap software and start maintaining it. You cant just ignore security.

If you ignore security on your site, then its like leaving your front door unlocked in America.
