How could I get dynamic URL indexed on Google. Actually maximum back links of my sites are from sites with dynamic URL and mostly of those sites are not indexed on Google, due to which I do not find much improvement in my site’s performance in terms of ranking and page rank. please give me solutions.

    Thanks

Googlebots has been improved a lot and dynamic url is not a problem with them. Your main issue should be backlink to both home and deep links.

For a dynamic url URL rewriting is the bets option to make that user friendly url. Another thing if you have dynamic url on your site, just create a xml sitemap of the site, upload on your site, submit and verify that in the Google webmaster tool then there may be more chances to get your pages indexed in the Google. Try to take links from the indexed page only while you are taking link back from a dynamic url.

Unless your URLs are somewhat still fixed and not changing every time being accessed, even they have dynamic URL form, it could get indexed.
