    if you really need backlinks and willing to spend, i do suggest to buy text link ads and place in site-wide links (blogroll or footer).

    Article submission and blog commentings as well as placing links in footers or blogrolls lost their effectiveness long time ago. Permanent natural links are valued highly today.

    besides article submission, press release submission is also beneficial,start submitting to directories and social bookmarking sites. but these are only few tips for link building, there are much more others more spesific seo tips
