    i am unable to post in buy, Sell & Trade section. don't know why .
    can anyone help me how to fix it now ?

    You should be able to reply to threads (ie post) but not to start a new thread until you have 25 posts.

    You would be well advised to read the system emails that you are sent regarding infractions.

    No, it's optional if you want to review websites and if you do a one sentence review you are liable to be penalized for "running up post count" and have your posts deleted.

    -- and don't bump really old threads.

    You need to read the emails that come with your infractions.
