I am looking for someone to design and code an html newsletter for me. it is for a travel site (which I will give after I choose the person). It should be very product oriented and salesy. It would be similar to my site. As for the coding, it must be compatible with outlook, gmail, hotmail, aol, yahoo, etc. I am not looking to break the bank for this so please don't send an offer if you charge a ton.
