Here is my review of this service

Service was completed in a timely manner and I got a report sent to my email, nothing extraordinary but probably all you need is there.
Communication was good and onlinestar seems very pro, no issues with payment or anything...
Service consists of profiles made on different forums and your links placed there, this means you will quickly get a bunch of very low quality backlinks at an affordable price. Of course, some of them will be deleted due to spam, others will grow in popularity progressively.
I will certainly use this service again for any low competition niche, however, if you are looking for strong serious link building, this isn't for you as you won't gain much rankings with such low quality keywords.
