Who in here is making some Serious money doing Article Marketing? Please share how you are doing it...What do you use to submit the articles, what program? Or do you manually submit? Who allows adsense on your articles? How many backlinks are you getting? -C
You can use services like articlemarketer.com, isnare, and many others to get your articles submitted all over the net. I dont see the point in manually submitting articles unless you are going for the top tier which in that case you should. Why would you put adsense on a different site that is not yours?
If you are directing to the merchants sales page with your affiliate link it doesn't works as well as it did before.. yes it still works but do good keyword reasearch in your articles and provide value..
If you are serious to do article marketing as your internet marketing method only, make sure to write hundreds or even thousands of articles then submit them to hundreds of article directories. Maybe with few articles, you will not see any sales. More articles = more sales.
I think the controversy is rather to do it manually or automate submission. I have done it both ways. In my experience, you may be able to automate to hundreds, even thousands of directories but usually those directories are not up to par compared to other article directories (i.e. ezinearticles). Not sure, but I don't think there is any automated site or software that can automate submission to top notch article directories. So in my case, the better the quality of the article directory, the more traffic I got.
Yeah, the best article directories will deliver a lot more traffic, BUT submitting to lots of other directories is a GREAT way to build backlinks.
There are two directions to this discussion, it starts from the point why do you want to do article marketing: Is it for backlinks Is it for traffic If it is for backlinks, then make unique versions of the articles and submit to as many article directories as possible. If it is traffic then submit articles only to the top notch article directories, here quantity matters, do the maximum number of articles so that literally you can dominate that keyword and niche in those article directories, it do not end here, now you build backlinks to those article directories by submitting more articles with links to those high PR article site articles and submit to the low PR article directories, this will ensure that your old articles gets crawled and gets traffic too, this is an old method but ensure you find unique ways to do it, stand apart from the crowd and you will find it helping in keeping your site interested with the search engines, and as long as they are interested you have all their attention (read 'traffic').
I personally did not get enough success from my article marketing but I like to submit them manually.However I have heard m,any people are making serious amount of money through their affiliate programs and the key to success for them is successful article marketing.
