How to make internal links into a wordpress site? I thought like this; <a href="link.html">Link</a> However, that no work.
Hi Nick2007 That looks about right - you can get the exact syntax here at I suspect you might be trying to add it in the visual editor rather than the HTML editor. It's pretty straightforward if you use the visual editor - just highlight the text you want to put the link on then click on the link button (it looks like a chain link) and put the address in the appropriate section of the popup window.
Problem is, that no works at all. Say, a website has 2 pages; the page A and the page B. How to put a link on the page A to the page B without URL? I think internal links must be without URL. Something like; <a href="link/">Link</a> , and not like; <a href="http://www.domain.com/link.html">Link</a>. Please, correct me if i wrong. Thank you.

It wasn't asked but just in case you came across it later. You use "/" to indicates the same folder but if the target is one folder up on the tree simply add ".." in front of the "/" like this "<a href="../link.html">link</a>" if you want to go 2 folders up its <a href="../../link.html">link</a> so on and so on. Hope it helps.
