If you are trying to get your home page ranked, use the .com. The .com, .com/index.html etc are all the same. If you are trying to get your widget page ranked, use .com/widgets. In other words, use the url of the page you want ranked or backlinked.
I also got confuse on this at first but as I understand it doesn't matter because all are pointing to same page though the PR for the specific url shows we use to use .com and not .com/index.php or html. I suggest use .com

there should be one URL and that is what appear in URL bar. If you type in all the address list above and not forwarding to single site it means your 'Redirect' site is not properly optimized and that will a pain in ass in future. Better check it first..
very tricky que.... because there is canonical issue is present. there is no use of getting the links on these kind of URL's because if we are getting links on option b) and webmaster set his favourite site url is option c) so it is less worthy. And i would like to prefer any url in option a) or b) ....Rest google knows
