    One:

    Two:

Second chance was given to this guy? He was terminated just like THAT without any warning.
And should this person be forgotten about and banned from DP? Why?

    Also,
You said you have 120,000 publishers and you cannot make everyone happy - I think you should reject publishers and deal with a lesser number so you can handle with each and every account properly.

    Three:

I'm sure that is very important.
Btw, you guys have money for party but not to pay affiliates?

    Four:

I think he tried to talk to you several if not many times and you ignored him.
So if you are inconvenient about issues discussed in public try in first place to settle them properly.

    Five:

That is very nice thing to say.

    Six:

He tells you something but seems to me he's falling on deaf ears.

    My thought?

PAY HIM IF NOT $12K THEN SETTLE AN AMOUNT YOU TWO ARE HAPPY WITH, AND SETTLE HIS CASE AND LEARN FOR NEXT TIME TO PAY AFFILIATES FOR GOOD LEADS/SALES AND THEN SUSPEND THEM, END OF STORY!

scam or no scam, CPALead has by far the crappiest customer support I've ever seen. "Impatience will not prevail, I will now reschedule for pressing the issue and not waiting patiently." Nope not a glitch. And I'm sick of people acting like they didn't do anything wrong, when they know what they did wrong. PM me your publisher ID and your name and I will post the evidence here for everyone to see." "Well now you have been spoken to like this. If you want customer service, don't break our TOS." "Hope you enjoy a hobby other than child porn?" What company talks to their affiliates like that?

Publishers like this did not make us who we are today. These are the publishers we have been fighting diligently against for a very long time. When we have child porn keywords driving traffic to our advertisers, it makes them very unhappy. If one advertiser sees that and decides not to pay us, they have a legitimate claim and we could be out millions of dollars. $12,000 does not come close to making up the losses we incur constantly for our publishers, that we tell no one about. We are currently in litigation with 2 advertisers for nearly $3 million of unpaid money, because of sites like these. When we lose this money, we never pass the losses onto our publishers. All of you publishers who think you are safe running on these other new networks, good luck. Honestly, its a lot harder than you think to keep advertisers from not only stealing your business model and publishers, but also not paying you because of 1 bad apple. We have to take a zero tolerance policy when it comes to sites like these.

I understand you all are seeing this from his point of view, because it is whats closest to your own perspective, but try seeing it from our side as well. We deal with things from advertisers, government, and large corporations daily that you could never imagine. These new guys are just starting to get a taste of what the big time is like. All I can say is, 6 months down the road when the smoke clears, we will see who everyone trusts. By then, hopefully you will all realize why we had to do what we had to do.

Also, I do apologize for losing my temper and making the child porn hobby comment. I am very passionate about my company and have worked long and hard to build it. To me, CPAlead is my child. If someone was attacking your child, you may act out of anger as well. You will never see that from me again, but I will always defend CPAlead. We invented this entire industry with our innovation. Starting from Virtual Currency to Content Unlocking, and much much more to come. You will see many imitators come and go as you have in the past. Remember Perfect Tracking? Remember BLVD Media? Remember Zango Cash?

We are not a perfect company, but we will get better. I am not a perfect CEO, but I will get better. If we have betrayed your trust somehow in the past, I hope to earn it back in the future.

You are correct. There have been statements by myself and some of my staff that are less than pleasant. As I said before, we are not perfect. We are human beings. We deal with things that you do not get to see. Our Security Team deals will hackers and frauders all day long who claim they did nothing wrong, when we have mountains of evidence staring at us in the face. We get ripped off by hundreds of people, daily. Sometimes, after weeks of getting cussed at by people who were ripping you off, you get a little short with people and take it out on the wrong person. I think we have all been guilty of that sometime in our lives.

This is not excusable, and I will make sure we work very hard to clean up our act in regards to our responses. I will make it my personal goal here to have my staff deal with the negativity in a more positive manner. The blame lies solely on me, and I promise it will get better. If you run a clean operation, I can still confidently say that CPAlead is your best route. Others might be able to beat our EPC for a month, but can they beat us long term? The answer is no. They will go through the very same growing pains CPAlead had to go through over the last 4 years. We have seen it all, and are still around and as strong as ever. We will be launching new tools that will reinvent our industry again in 2011. We spent the majority of 2010 catching up to our massive growth. Now that we have done that, we are ready to get back to what we do best. Inventing, innovating, and great service.

You have my personal promise that CPAlead will be the best it has ever been moving forward. If anyone has any issues, feel free to email me directly: robert [@] cpalead [dot] com

Robert great to look at it. But question here from the thread starter is why do you wait for a long time and ban him only during the payment period. Dont you have a mechanism to control it time to time. If this not been done by your company, it is the problem of your company too.

You cannot put the blame on the publishers saying you found a keyword which is not accepted by the company and showing TOS and all those at last moment. Why you are sleeping till the whole world is on the fire?.

When your system is bad and slow you should have given him a second chance and pay him alone for the leads without the keywords. Which will make him love the cpelad and make him understand the TOS better. Instead the above action from your company makes many of the publishers hate your network, in duration of time it will destroy your company image.

Hoping you will be taking some fruitful actions rather than saying big stories to people. Think people from their shoes if you want develop relationships with people

Why ban only when he makes a huge sum, what wasnt he banned earlier? This is very bad. I am sure he wont get banned while violating the TOS if he made 10 BUCKS!

    Hi CPALead,
As you known when visitors come from countries that surveys not available , they can try to bypass even fake IP and fill wrong information to get premium contents . So will it make our account got banned too ? , I know the more good leads , the better for both of them , but in some case we need helping from CPAlead to detect and filter these bad leads too . I really don't want to work hardly , then got suspended without warning :( ..
or Example : We're a affiliate site that promote CPAlead offers , we have around 90 honest members and 10 cheaters , I have detected 10 cheaters and banned them but when I request cashout , I still got banned because what cheaters done on my account ,right?
I'm not sure how I can work and keep account fresh 100% without bad leads :(
    Regards

    Solution found!

Yesterday, Robert in first time is contacted me and we decided to discuss my problem and come to some decision. Now the results of our negotiations.

Robert looked at my problem from my point of view, I, in turn, understand their position. As I said in the first post, yes, my site had adult words (but no video). And that's my omission .. As a result of negotiations, it was decided that they will fine me for that offense and did not pay the full amount, but they pay me $10.000 out of $12.000 earned. Thus the penalty was $2000. This decision completely satisfy me and now I have no complaints for Cpalead. Although we have not talked Robert earlier, but he was the only one person with whom we've found common ground and come to a mutual decision and it makes me happy.

    Proof of payment:

    My thoughts:

The fault share certainly at me is, it was my omission not to supervise addition of keywords into database, but in any case it is not a reason to completely take away my money. But the penalty for me this is the right decision.

Cpalead should take care of their advertisers and publishers, automate monitoring for bad words to warn publishers immediately as it was found. This will help avoid many contentious issues.

I am very happy that you finally got your money! But I fully understand CPALead who has their own rules and system which have to obey in order to survive. As Robert and many others stated, they cannot destroy relations with advertisers. But they also cannot destroy relations with Publishers! Without Publishers and Advertisers (BOTH OF THEM), this great network wouldn't exist!

    Regards

    Great stuff!!! :):):)

I'm very happy to hear about it!
I think it's time to erase or change the title of this topic, but I know digitalpoint don't help much when it comes to removing topics and such.

I really admire what Robert did and people should try CPALead, I will be among those who will try it now.
