    The banner image looks more attractive and also the content looks good but the background green looks in heavy contrast, try to make them low..

    I am personally not a bright colors person on web sites but that is just me. Bugs my eyes. Yellow is ok but the green is too bright. It probably would not be bad if there was not so much of it.
