You could probably make a custom action in photoshop to automatically take your site preview image and do exactly this with it.

Start at the top of the page and take a screenshot then scroll down and take another one just after the first one you took, and keep going until you have reached the bottom of the page. Then in photoshop you merge all the screenshots together to make one big long one of your website.. and then add some effects like shadow and outline in photoshop.

If you have FireFox, There is an addon called screengrab... saves the whole page at one time, not just whats on the screen.

If you want to actually grab the screen - you can use TNT Screen Capture it allows you to do a lot of things from adding shadows to rounding corners etc...

Alt + Prt Sc and then paste in Photoshop or Paint. This is the easiest method possible.

You might want to search for some Photoshop action scripts. For example, software like Cover Action Pro can take regular screenshot images and turn them into professional ones just like in your example.

This software is expensive, but there might be some cheaper or free alternatives out there.

Thanks for giving information about FireShot addons. But you can use "Webpage Screenshot " and other google chrome extensions for screenshot.

If its your design, and you have the .psd just flatten the image, resize it and play whatever you like to :)

You don't mention if you are on Mac or that other platform whose name I forget.

On the mac: just hit Command-Shift-4 and drag over whatever you want to capture.
