Is there any limit for keywords

hello everybody,

Is there any limit for keywords for a website? is it useful to have more keywords.

Ideally the more focused the keyword, more targeted traffic you will receive. but nevertheless you need to target keywords in related niches so that Google looks are your site as authority site... e.g. if you are promoting learn guitar then also target keywords like guitar notes, guitar lessons, guitar scales, guitar tabs & provide some content around these keywords..

 

It totally depends on the niche of your site, the competition it has and the rankings you want to achieve for the same. It is advisable to use more keywords if you want to feature in rankings for most of the variations of the main targeted keyword or your niche.

 

There is no limit for choosing keywords for your website but I suggest you to make a small bunch of most suites keywords for your site and target them for your business.

 

Exactly, so if you are doing only a minisite then go for 2-3 keywords

 

have 5 main keywords then 10 synonms for each keyword or theme keywords

the more content you write the more keywords your pages will be found for. keep writing and researching the keywords that get good traffic and aren't crazy competitive.

 

it's depends on your niche and the competitive about this niche ,,
if the competitive is high so you need to write more and more content about one keyword.
but if you choosed niche with low competitive so you can write about many keywords.

 

Also depents on how quick you want to rank in the search engines. And like others said it depends on your niche. Is it a micro niche or is it a macro nich?

your better directing your time to just a few good keywords i think. Loads of keywords is gonna have little effect.

 

There is no limit. Just make sure the keywords are suitable, and I would stick between 5-10 main keywords. Also try using phrases of what people may search for instead of the single word.

 

if u r working on just 1 Strong key word ,no need of more but u can use keywords as much u can.my site keyword is gadgets and its good in work

 

I think you are wrong-- If i have 2 or more strong keywords then what will do your theory??
